About the Actor
Nicholas Bennett grew up in the heart of Silicon Valley and immediately realized that his heart belonged to the arts. Growing up, he concentrated on music and sports, playing saxophone for 7 years with a concentration in jazz while also teaching himself piano and guitar alongside singing in the choir at his high school. He was also a Division 1 volleyball recruit.
He graduated from the University of Southern California with a dual degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, and Theater, training rigorously with esteemed professors such as Laura Flanagan, Paul Urcioli, Rodney To, and Sharon Marie Carnicke, amongst others.
After spending a year working as an immigration paralegal, he returned to the creative scene in Los Angeles as a member of the LACAE conservatory ensemble under the direction of Adam Chambers and Erin Coleman. Most recently, he has worked alongside industry professionals such as Karan Soni and Lilan Bowden in Deborah Baker Jr.'s masterclass, and starred in Chambers's newest play, "Where the Fireflies Rest."
He currently resides in the San Fernando Valley where he reads lots of books and tries not to set off the fire alarm while cooking elaborate meals.
